Deploy Application Server Apps

1. Go to the Administration Console (accessible from localhost only)
2. Go to Common Tasks 'Deploy an application' and create Deployment
3. Deploy *.ear

Deploy Connectivity Server Channels

1. Go to the Administration Console (accessible from localhost only)
2. Launch Mirth Connect Administrator
3. Login with u:admin, p:admin
4. Change logindata
5. Deploy channels
